Here you will find all the important information about your purchase at Leona Games. Please read our terms and conditions carefully, because they regulate the contractual relationship between you and Leona Games GmbH.

Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Leona Games GmbH, Fuldastr. 13, 12045 Berlin, Germany, Tel: 030 - 279 785 34, email: shop@leona-games.com) by means of a clear declaration ( e.g. with a letter sent by post or e-mail) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will return all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed with you otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof.

You have to return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We bear the cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

2. General and scope

All deliveries and services are carried out exclusively on the basis of our following general terms and conditions in the version valid at the time of your order. Different terms and conditions do not apply unless they have been expressly agreed in writing.

Customers within the meaning of these terms and conditions are both consumers and entrepreneurs.

Consumers within the meaning of the terms and conditions are natural persons who conclude contracts for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or professional activity.

Entrepreneurs within the meaning of the terms and conditions are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when the contract is concluded.

3. Formation of the contract

With your order you submit a binding offer to us to conclude the contract with you. You place the order by entering all the necessary information during the ordering process and checking your order on the final "Confirmation" page and sending the order form to us by clicking the "Buy Now" button. We can accept this offer by sending you an order confirmation by email within 24 hours of receipt of your order. The contract is only concluded when the order confirmation is sent.

The further contract-related communication can also take place in electronic form.

4. Delivery

We accept orders from Germany and the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, United Kingdom (UK) and Austria.  Deliveries are currently only made to these countries. However, delivery can only be made to the country from which the order was received.

The delivery takes place within 2 - 5 working days (within Germany) or 5 - 8 working days (outside Germany) after sending the order confirmation. If payment is made in advance, this period begins on the day after receipt of the invoice amount on our account.

Your order is usually carried out collectively.

If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, insofar as this is reasonable for you.

If the ordered item is not available because we are not supplied with this item by our suppliers through no fault of our own, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case we will inform you immediately and suggest a credit if necessary. If you do not wish this, we will immediately reimburse you for any consideration already paid (the purchase price).

In principle, deliveries within Germany are made by DHL or, in the case of large orders, by the forwarding company commissioned by us. International shipments are made with the DPD.

5. Prices and shipping

All of our prices are in euros and include VAT plus shipping costs.

The shipping fee for deliveries in Germany is € 4.90 regardless of the order value. For deliveries outside of Germany, the shipping fee is calculated according to the following zones:

Zone 1: € 6.90 (Austria)
Zone 2: € 7.90 (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands)
Zone 3: 10.90 (Denmark, France, Poland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom / UK)
Zone 4: €14.90 (Ireland, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain)
Zone 5: € 17.90 (Finland, Portugal, Sweden)

If your order is delivered by a freight forwarder, shipping is calculated individually depending on the scope of the order.

6. Terms of payment

Payment can be made either by credit card, SEPA direct debit, Instant bank transfer or Giropay.

Payment by invoice is possible for the following customer groups:

Social institutions and institutions, schools, day care centers, non-profit organizations, associations, municipalities, offices, authorities, public bodies and companies. We kindly ask you to contact us at shop@leona-games.com The amount invoiced becomes due upon receiving the bill.

There is no possibility for cash discount deduction.

In order to hedge the credit risk, we reserve the right, depending on the respective creditworthiness, to carry out the delivery you requested only against certain payment methods.

In the event of a chargeback of an amount collected by direct debit, we will charge you an additional € 5.00 to compensate us for the bank fees incurred. If the reasons for a chargeback are our fault, we will of course not charge you any fees.

Please note that in the event of late payment, reminder fees will be charged, which we will charge you.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Customer service

If you have any questions about your order, comments or complaints, please email us (shop@leona-games.com) or use the contact form on our website.

Please enter your order or invoice number so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.

9. Warranty and liability

The statutory provisions of the warranty obligation apply.

If the delivered order shows obvious material or manufacturing defects, we ask you to report these defects to us immediately (shop@leona-games.com). Complaints about transport damage should be made immediately to the DHL and DPD employees who deliver your order. Let us know so that we can forward this to our service providers.

For the defects already existing on delivery, your statutory claims for supplementary performance, rectification of defects or new delivery apply, as well as, insofar as the legal requirements exist. Further claims for reduction or withdrawal as well as compensation, including compensation for the damage instead of the fulfilment and the reimbursement of your expenses.

However, we exclude our liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided they do not relate to essential contractual obligations or violate other legal provisions. The same applies to breaches of duty by our service providers.

10. Unavailable items

We undertake to inform you immediately if an ordered item is not available and to refund any consideration received.

11. Discount codes

We issue discount codes as part of promotions and offers. Our discount codes are only valid in our online shop and only for the specified period. They can only be redeemed on the conditions specified in the application. Only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
Individual items can be excluded from discount campaigns.

If you exercise your right of return or objection, you will only be reimbursed the reduced and actual purchase price. The discount code will not be refunded.

Once you have completed the ordering process, it is not possible to redeem the discount code afterwards. Cash payment of the discount code is excluded.

We refer to our website with links to other pages on the Internet. We hereby expressly declare that we have no influence on the design and content of the linked pages.

We therefore distance ourselves from all content on the linked pages of third parties and do not adopt this content as our own. This declaration applies to all displayed links and for all contents of the pages to which links lead.

13. Online dispute resolution

We are not obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board and neither are we prepared to do so.
